Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge until 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
In case of cancellation after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or no-show, the total price will be charged.

Start your day off right and enjoy breakfast at our partner restaurant, “Plaza del Mar,” located at Xanten’s Südsee.

Separate terms and conditions apply to bookings made between July 17, 2026, and July 20, 2026:
- You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge up until 2:00 p.m. on the day before your arrival.
- If you cancel after 2:00 p.m. on the day before your arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total price.
Payment can be made on-site or via your mobile device using a debit or credit card.
Payment only possible on site with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and EC card!
